Pray over your commitment/pledge card. Fill out the form once God has laid an answer upon your heart. Place the bottom of the commitment paper in the offering plate on Sunday, or mail to the church, as a personal pledge to God. Keep the top of the form as a reminder of your commitment made to God.
The financial end of this form will be used to make plans for the future of our programs. This is considered your pledge card. Make sure you include all your contact information, so the office can update the computer system.
