Where: Camp Timber-Lee N8705 Scout Rd, East Troy, WI 53120 

Cost: $120. This does not include the $25 discount towards the youth that assisted with the Marigold festival at the Potato Bar, handing out dignity bags, or assisting at the Rotary booth. 

Due: $60 non-refundable deposit due no later than 11/10 

Hey there parents!!! We are so excited to attend Winterxtreme 2025. We have had an amazing opportunity to attend Winterxtreme in the past and saw the incredible impact that this retreat has on the youth. We are excited to be apart of something so impactful and can’t wait to see how this will shape our youth’s relationship with God. Please take time to read through this handout and feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. If there is a need for financial assistance, please let us know before the 11/10 non-refundable deposit deadline. The rest of the deposit will be due by December 8.
