Where do I park?

Parking is available off of Henrietta St (handicap & elevator access), along 4th St, and by the Mason Building off of State St.

What should I wear to worship?

You're welcome to come as you are! To give you an idea though of what to expect others will be wearing, the Saturday Chapel service, 8:15 Blended service, and 10:20 Contemporary service are very casual. Those in the 10:45 Traditional service usually will dress more business-like.

How do I find where to go once inside?

We have signage available, especially in the Family Life Center. There are several possible entrances though, so feel free to ask for help if you're not sure! Someone will be happy to point you in the right direction.

What is the music like?

We have many kinds of music featured during our worship services. For more traditional hymns, there's the Saturday Chapel and 10:45 Traditional service. The 8:15 Blended service offers a variety of older songs with newer worship songs. Our 10:20 Contemporary service features our praise band who lead us in some of the latest worship music. There aren't just hymns in our 10:45 Traditional service either, we also have our Sanctuary choir, bell choir, grace brass, and a variety of talented vocalists who share their talents in that worship service.

Will I be pressured to give money?

An offering is taken at each worship service, but you can feel free to let the tray pass on by you. Please consider the worship service our gift to you, and don't feel obligated to give in any way when visiting.

Is there childcare available during worship services?

Yes, the nursery is available for young children during our worship services on Sundays. The nursery workers are properly screened and well-prepared to care for children. The nursery is located in the Family Life Center, it is on the right when coming in the Henrietta St. entrance.

Am I able to get a ride to church?

The church has a van available to pick up and drop off those who have a difficult time getting to worship on their own. This service is offered on an as-needed basis, so please contact our office at (309) 347-7131 and let us know which service you'd like to attend if this would be of help to you! Please let us know several days in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
